The first test series between England and Pakistan in Pakistan for many years took place in December 2022, and opened with this magnificent performance. I’ve posted some of the highlights here for future reference.

Despite a MONSTER score on a flat looking track, Ben Stokes made a brave declaration, leaving a “gettable” total, which the bowlers then backed up on the final day, leading to an amazing England win. Outstanding.
