The most incredible thing happened more than once at Anfield as Liverpool entertained The Gunners and shared 10 goals in a 5-5 draw before edging a shootout 5-4.
Man City v Southampton
On Tuesday night, Man City entertained Southampton fresh from their 9 goal drubbing at the hands of Leicester last week, and won 3-1.
Aston Villa v Wolves
A Birmingham derby saw Villa secure the bragging rights courtesy of a 2-1 win at Villa Park.
